here are some pictures of the antipolo city house. again, i have to apologize as these shots were taken with a rather basic cameraphone, most of the pictures taken at night, so there'll be artifacts galore. :(

also, the tenants are still in the process of moving out, so the place really is quite messy. but again, the hope here is for you to at least have a better idea of the structure of the property.

baguio city townhouse pictures

here are some pictures of the two baguio townhouses (actually most of them are of one of the units). i apologize for the quality of these shots, as these are actually scans of printouts of digital camera pictures, i think. :(

also, these were taken back in 2006. hopefully we'll be able to upload more recent, higher quality shots sometime soon. but in the meantime, we're hoping these pictures at least give an idea of the structure of the properties.

here are the details for the 2 townhouses in baguio city, the philippines:

townhouse unit 6

this is a middle unit
it has 3 levels
there are 2 bedrooms
there are also 2 toilet and baths (grammar?)
there is an attic room, which has an open layout
the land area is 37 square meters
the floor area is 100 square meters

townhouse unit 7

this is an end unit
it has 3 levels
there is 1 toilet and bath
the 2nd floor has 1 bedroom and 1 family room
there are 2 attic rooms
the land area is 49 square meters
the floor area is 100 square meters

both these townhouse units overlook the sta. lucia golf estates.

the asking prices for these pieces of philippine real estate are as follows:

unit 6: 2 million philippine pesos, and
unit 7: 2 million philippine pesos as well

we are, however, still open to reasonable negotiation.

there are also 5 toilet and baths ... i wonder if my grammar here is right... :(
there is 1 office
there are 2 adjoining living rooms
there is a back yard
there is a porch / terrace out back, through the master bedroom
the house has an open plan, with a high ceiling and good ventilation

the asking price for this piece of philippine real estate is 4.5 million philippine pesos. we are, however, still open to reasonable negotiation.

the philippines real estate blog

welcome to this blog. :) i set this up basically with the intention of selling three pieces of real estate in the philippines. one is a house located in antipolo city, rizal, just on the outskirts of metro manila. the other two are townhouse units located in baguio city.

for now, i'm compiling the relevant details of these three properties. once i finish (hopefully within the day), i'll be posting those details here.
